This was everything he lived for. Flying over and among the rooftops. Chased by the ones wishing to lock him up and toss away the key. Chased by the people that so eagerly turned their backs on him before he could even stand on his own two chubby baby legs, he didn't mind though, he had never 'Given a crap about half assed political bullcrackers'.
Nate was simply... Better off this way. Besides, if he was condemned to hide in dark alleys or in sewers day after day, he wouldn't take no for an answer while claiming the city as his at night. His. His his his.
HIS.
The thought made him sad however. Perhaps there would have been a time when he could've lived in the daylight among any other human being. But such times are long gone. Having lost the drones chasing him (a talent acquired from many night time races and runs among the houses and roofs), he slows down and takes a look at the city. Elara must've been a beautiful place once.
"Better hurry your ass up Bee or you're gonna loose again!" A voice echoes along with a birdtweet as another man dressed in dark attire shoots by him.
"Damn!" He swears behind clenched teeth and picks up his pace.
Nevermind this godforsaken old city. The only thing that matters, is winning.
